In the past few months the Society has enjoyed a number of social events. These are listed below.

		St. Patrick's Celebration Dance	Saturday 15 March 2008. (8.00 p.m.- late!) Hoburne Leisure Park, Christchurch. With music by "Gentleman John", - on tour from Ireland.

		Banteer Drama Group	Saturday, 6 March 2008. Corpus Christi Centre, Boscombe Return visit of this excellent drama group! They performed the comedy 'Dry Rot'

		Dance and Social Night With Live Band	Saturday 3 November 2007. Cobham Sports & Social Club, Merley. With music by the ever popular "Dancing Ledge".

		Supper Dance With Live Band	Saturday 8 September 2007. Hoburne Leisure Park, Hoburne Lane, Chistchurch. With music by "Gentleman John", - on tour from Ireland.

		Dance & Social Night (No photos available)	Friday 18 May 2007. British Legion Club, Christchurch. Seamus Shannon & PJ Murrihy made a welcome return visit at our special request to provide an eveving of the very best of Irish Music for the Society.

		Cathie Ryan (ex-Cherish the Ladies) (No photos available)	Sunday 20 May 2007. Bournemouth Folk Club. Cathie Ryan from Detroit, American Irish singer songwriter as featured on 'Woman's Heart - a decade on' one time singer with celtic band Cherish The Ladies. 		Banteer Drama Group	Friday / Saturday, 2 / 3 March 2007. Bournemouth Centre for Community Arts. Return visit of this excellent drama group! They performed 'Many a young Man of Twenty' by John B Keane

		Annual Dinner Dance (No photos available)	Saturday 17 February 2007. Hoburne Park, Christchurch. Music by Noel Lennon's Band, on tour from Ireland.

		Members' and Friends Night (No photos available)	Saturday 13 January 2007. British Legion Club, Christchurch. Music, dancing, and a finger buffet provided from Society funds.

		Dance and Social Night	Saturday, 25 November 2006. Held at the British Legion Club, Christchurch.

		Niamh Parsons & Graham Dunne at the Bournemouth Folk Club	Saturday, 24 September 2006. The headline act the Irish traditional singer Niamh Parsons, accompanied on guitar by Graham Dunne.

		The Annual Dinner Dance, 2006	Saturday, 18 March 2006. The 2006 Annual Dinner Dance was held at the Hoburne Leisure Park, Christchurch.

		Banteer Drama Group	Friday & Saturday, 3 & 4 March 2006. The Banteer Drama Group presented the play "Nil by Mouth" at the Bournemouth Centre for Community Arts.

		"Celtic Rythm"	Sunday, 29 January 2006. A fund raising event at Mr. Kyps, Parkstone. Organised by the Durham School of Irish Dancing.
